Refund policy

Refunds and replacements are issued in the case of error or damaged goods and will be shipped at Lairbrew's expense, but please check the item description for individual product policy.

Returns

Lairbrew's return policy is for apparel only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For non-apparel items we do not offer refunds unless it is because of seller error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at lairbrewservice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. If the return is at Lairbrew's expense you will also be sent a return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return windows are not indefinite and damages, defects or wrong items need to be reported within 3 days of delivery.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Exchanges of shipped products are not accepted unless exchanging apparel for more appropriate sizes of the same product (if the required size is in stock.) Exchanges are shipped at buyer expense.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and being arranged make a separate purchase for the new item. A refund for your original purchase will be issued once the returned item arrives back at Lairbrew in acceptable condition. Sales prices will be matched via this refund as well.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is resaleable, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. A refund will not be issued if the return arrives in substandard condition due to buyer error (poor/inadequate packaging, destroyed fabric tags, etc.)
