Current Shipping Status:

DELAYED. You can expect most non-pre-order items to ship in 3 to 6 business days. If sewing is required fulfillment is currently delayed due to a large volume of fulfillment. Please give us 2 to 3 weeks to fulfill orders that require sewing!

Our business days are Monday - Friday. Shipping pick-up days are Tuesday - Saturday. Leave a note or Contact Us if you have urgent shipping requirements!

    This is a compilation of up-to-date information on all our current pre-orders and other fulfillment! If there is any news it will be shared here.

    WEREWOLVES:

    GIANT WEREWOLVES - BATCHES 1 AND 2

    The werewolves have arrived! Fulfillment has been delayed due to a stuffing shortage caused by the tariffs. This is a critical material, so we are fulfilling orders as fast as we can while stuffing trickles in, but it is causing significant delay.

    • Currently BEING ACTIVELY FULFILLED
    • Werewolves are priority fulfillment right now.
    • Several orders still need to be fulfilled. We're working hard!
    • Most werewolves have been fulfilled, but if you do not have a tracking number yours has not gone out yet

    GIANT WEREWOLF - R3

    Round 3 werewolves are currently awaiting fulfillment!!

    • Fulfillment will begin when werewolf pre-orders with earlier estimates have been fulfilled.

    • Currently ON TRACK for anticipated LATE JULY/EARLY AUGUST fulfillment! Early August is more likely to be the end these fall on.

     

    KOBOLDS:

    GREEN, YELLOW, ORANGE KOBOLDS - R2

    Round 2 kobolds of these colors are currently awaiting fulfillment!!

    • Round 2 kobolds are not a fresh batch of manufactured plush. They are plush that arrived as part of Batch 1, but are being referred to as Round 2 since their fulfillment date is significantly different.
    • Fulfillment will begin when kobold pre-orders of these colors with earlier estimates have been fulfilled.
    • Currently ON TRACK for anticipated LATE JULY/EARLY AUGUST fulfillment! Early August is more likely to be the end these fall on.

    RED, BLUE, PURPLE, AND PINK KOBOLDS - BATCH 2

    Batch 2 Kobolds have experienced plan changes!

    • Currently AHEAD OF SCHEDULE for anticipated LATE AUGUST/EARLY SEPTEMBER fulfillment!
    • 100% of batch 2 orders with 3 or fewer kobolds with no scents have been fulfilled.
    • Red, blue, purple, and pink kobolds ordered from listings that do not read Batch 2 or pre-order will be shipping immediately through a fulfillment partner in China. Make sure you read the relevant info!

    ALL COLORS OF KOBOLDS - BATCH 1

    The kobolds from the first batch HAVE ARRIVED! 

    • Currently DELAYED
    • May is anticipated to be the latest fulfillment. I apologize for the wait and am very thankful for your patience!
    • Single kobolds of all 7 colors ordered before April are 100% fulfilled. Remaining orders are all other colors or multiples. For remaining orders, completion is around 94%.
    • IF YOUR LISTING SAID DELAYED AT TIME OF PURCHASE: Due to fulfillment back up, orders taken after 05/18/2025 will not be fulfilling until Mid to Late July.

    Blump has arrived far ahead of schedule!

    • 100% of Blumps with regular stuffing are shipped!
    • Currently ON TIME for anticipated LATE JUNE/EARLY JULY fulfillment!

     

    40 INCH ECLIPSE THE BLACK SWAMP DRAGON - 

    This plush arrived with a major manufacturing error. However the repaired plush have arrived!

    • Orders with 40in Eclipse are currently going out!


    Other Shipping Info

    General shipping info:

    • Pre-orders cannot be rushed. Items already ship as soon as they can once I receive them.
    • If several days pass and your label has not moved, please do not be shy about reaching out! There could be a problem, and the sooner it is addressed the sooner you'll have your plush.
    • Convention pick-up is not possible. This includes pre-order items. If we have it at our table it is there to make a new sale, not fulfill an old one. Sorry for the inconvenience!

      For plush fulfilling from China:

      Tariffs:

      • If you are in the US your package is DDP, meaning Delivered Duties Paid. You pay for the tariff at time of checkout based on rates at the time of shipping (not arrival.) You should not have to pay the tariffs again to receive your package. However,
      • DDP only covers tariffs. It does not cover any other fees related to importing goods with China as the country of origin, such as small order fees, carrier fees, or increases/decreases to the tariff total made post-departure.
      • By ordering you are agreeing to accept the risk of other fees. Refunds will not be provided for packages with additional fees, increased duties, or for rejected/destroyed/confiscated shipments.
      • Plush shipping directly from China can't be customized with scents, magnets, weighted stuffing, gift messages, etc.
      • If your order includes items both with and without this message, you will get multiple packages: one from China and one from the US.

      We are currently working on receiving stock from overseas during the tariff pause. This page will be updated if/when that happens. For now, this is a necessity for handling plush that were in manufacturing before the tariff announcements.
