Is Lairbrew eco-friendly?

We work to make the smallest footprint we can afford, and we are always working to improve. Currently we package with as much paper as we can and our pin bags are made of compostable PLA! We're working toward 100% home compostable material and take the option whenever it is available, but sadly we aren't 100% there yet, as our polymailers are plastic and our envelopes are still bubble wrap lined.  If you have particular requests for information or materials used please contact me! We can chat. I am always open to suggestions.

What pets allergens are possibly at Lairbrew?

We have a few animals. Our home is shared most notably with a cat and a trio of chickens. They are not supposed to be allowed near stock storage, shipping materials, or on the shipping table, but they break the rules sometimes and also feathers and fur can drift around. Some allergens may be present.

I have a shop interested in your products! Can I carry them? Could you make some just for me?

When and where do you ship?

Shipments go out on Tuesday - Saturday. Orders placed before 3pm central on a weekday often ship same day. See item details for estimated arrival times. Shipping to some countries may be suspended due to conflicts preventing postal service, but it is otherwise global.

What about customs and import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Lairbrew is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Can I exchange my shipped non-apparel?

Exchanges of shipped non-apparel products are not accepted. If your item hasn't shipped yet you can contact us at lairbrewservice@gmail.com to request changing it, but there are no guarantees this request can be fulfilled once an order has been finalized. I always do my best!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations of finalized orders are generally not accepted. Please double check your cart and only check out when you are certain of your order.  Please contact lairbrewservice@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order, such as making double orders in error.
