• We do not make single custom plush, but we do make bulk order customs!

• We do not currently ship to the EU, but are working on it! This should return in 2026!

• For Backerkit shipments check the project FAQ or the most recent project updates!

• Orders do not ship until all items are ready to go at once!

• We only charge your card once your order is prepared to ship! If you received an invoice it is a request to re-authorize the order charge, as those can expire. You are not being charged twice, and your order will only ship if the invoice is settled.
