Super-Soft Cockatrice Down

Cockatrice Down is an extremely soft, springy polyester stuffing. This stuffing is pillow-soft and far more snuggly than more common stuffings like regular polyester filling, natural cotton, and goose down. It is more comparable to mochi stuffing and is fairly dense. Unfortunately it is expensive and difficult to source, and shaping a plush with just cockatrice down requires more than using regular stuffing.

Only certain plush have cockatrice down offered as a stuffing choice. This is because only certain poses and fabrics will give you the fully super soft feel!

Weighted Stuffing

These small, round beads are heavy and surprisingly fun to squeeze! They may be made out of polyester plastic or glass, depending on what our suppliers have available. Their rounded shape and small particle size lets them glide freely against each other so it isn't a hard lump in your plush, but the weight and density adds a serious heft to whatever part of the plush it is in. Typically the limbs on designs with them outstretched are the best for weighted stuffing! It can be used in less cuddle-shaped plush to weight them down.

Plush with appropriate limbs will have a limb stuffing option! There is no weighted stuffing only option at this time. If a plush only allows for adding 1 pound of beads it is most likely because the plush is in a sitting position, and it will be in the rump to stabilize it more.

Magnets

Magnets will still function even through a layer of cloth! By having magnets added to a hand or both hands of a plush you can let them hold other things with magnets inside or anything small enough that a magnet will stick to. A magnet in the snoot can let them seem to hold something in their mouth, or appear to give another plush with a magnet snoot a smooch!

Scent Sachets

Scent sachets are light-weight, whispy bags of strongly scented material that are tied up tight then put inside your plush just below the fabric. This will give that area of the plush a pleasant smell! Each scent sachet has 1 heaping tablespoon of strongly fragranced material. Scent sachet fragrance does fade over time and will not last forever. This isn't too much of a problem if you have a plush with a zipper, but keep that in mind if you are adding a sachet to a plush that will be completely sewn shut!
